Don't apply sunscreen by yourself:

Whenever you are required to apply sunscreen, do not use your hands, you can ask for anyone to apply on you or if you have to do this yourself then use it in the form of a spray or apply it with the backside of your hands. If it comes in contact with water, it can be susceptible to ripping or tearing.

Trim your Nails:

Before starting climbing, trim your nails, because if you do this with big nails, it will be stuck in rocks and break that will lead you in a most painful condition. But here is a point that you should note, a little layer of nails should remain because it helps you in gripping over the rocks. You can easily purchase a nail clipper for executing this process.

Moisturize your hands:

It is a very important point; moisturize your hands before 1-2 hours of starting the climbing. Time is very important because when you do this 2 hours earlier, it will make your skin hydrated and increase elasticity power, which reduces the chances of cracking and popping up on your skin. Make sure that the moisturizer and cream which you are going to use must be good quality and brand.
